Your Main Responsibilities: * Provide expert guidance to customers via phone, email, and online chat regarding destinations, camp options, program selection, activities, excursions, transfers, and insurance coverage * Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of leads and sales opportunities * Organize and schedule phone consultations and prospect interviews * Prepare, generate, and follow up on sales quotations * Distribute marketing materials and brochures to prospective clients * Convert qualified leads and opportunities into confirmed bookings * Coordinate with the summer camps operations team to finalize and confirm all bookings * Execute additional responsibilities as assigned, including translation services, internal file management, and presentation material updates ## Qualif
