About the Role As a Sales Associate on the Employer Team, you are the engine behind Rula’s B2B growth. You’ll build high-trust partnerships with the broker and consultant community to identify opportunities and fuel a high-quality pipeline for our Mid-Market and National Accounts. This is a strategic launchpad designed for an ambitious professional looking to master consultative discovery and fast-track their path to a closing Account Executive role.
