What You'll Do.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Ensure shop and stock room maintenance
presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
Possess successful link selling skills to drive business
Maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends
Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment especially around peak trade
