S. Citizen, All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test, As a US Federal Contractor, Silvus Technologies requires that ALL candidates being considered for employment for any position (regardless of level) MUST be a U. What You'll Do.
Manage individual team's inbox
Respond to customer inquiries
and confirm customer purchase orders
Enter sales orders accurately into CRM
Collect and verify end-user information
Handle FCC Authorization Forms
Manage complete order lifecycle
Communicate with customers via email and phone
Serve as liaison among departments
Provide customers with order status updates
Manage customer requests for order modifications
Escalate high-priority tasks
Assist with ad-hoc tasks

Partner with Senior Sales Administrators; Serve as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chain
