Full Job Description
**Sales Administrator based in Bangkok** **Life Unlimited.** At Smith+Nephew, we craft and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. Responsible for the sales and marketing coordination activities for the Medical team (both hospital and retail) to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. **What will you be doing?** * Price List – ensure completion and send out to all customers as per the DM’s stipulated dateline. * Arrangements for sales meetings (monthly/quarterly/annual) and minutes. * Compilation of product specialist monthly reports * Calendar of events (COE) update by 1st week of the month * Arrangement of travel and accommodation * Support order processing, Invoicing, and delivery coordination * Store inventory to manage sample requisition by product specialists * Assist Medical Division Manager in co-ordination and execution of regional marketing program together with the local sales team * Manage and maintain record, databases and filing systems * Coordination and submission of all major tenders * Ensure proper documentation and filing of all tender documents and agreements * Maintain master copies of all Tender Submission and awarded contracts * Compliance Admin (SWAT) 5% * Supporting the Medical team first by ensuring that sub-needs entries for events as per approved Needs Assessment are input into SWAT and working with the DM to monitor * approvals. * Compilation of details from product specialists for HOD letters as required * Arrangement for HCPS i.e. registrations, flight, accommodation, and ground transportation * Preparation of invitation letters for HCPs * Be the contact point for business related travel and accommodation arrangements for * regional team * To always act in a responsible manner to avoid risk to self or to the company and comply * with the workplace safety and health and security policy. * Any other duties involved within the role and/or the tasks as assigned from time to time. **What will you need to be
