Skillsoft Global Knowledge is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator in Dubai to provide critical support to the sales team, ensuring efficient operations by managing administrative tasks, customer interactions, and data processes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a bridge between sales, customers, and internal departments, focusing on enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Assist sales teams with daily tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle communications (emails, calls). Maintain and update sales collateral and digital resources. Order Processing & Logistics: Process orders accurately, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery. Generate invoices, track payments, and resolve order discrepancies. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries via phone/email, ensuring prompt resolution. Manage CRM records, handle complaints, and identify upselling opportunities. Data Management & Reporting: Update CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy. Generate sales reports (weekly/monthly), track KPIs (conversion rates, revenue), and assist in forecasting. Administrative Duties: Maintain digital/physical files, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with policies. Collaborate with finance, marketing, and logistics teams. Support onboarding new sales staff and organize team training.
