What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous Customer Service and Administration or Sales Administration experience, Responsive and efficient with communication skills and a good telephone manner, Commercially aware with attention to detail and administration skills, Keen to learn and develop with a desire to work to and surpass targets, Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Ability to problem solve, identifying a client’s needs and respond accordingly, Experience using a CRM system
Nice to Have
Knowledge of IT Industry – knowledge of our vendors would be excellent
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to Major Accounts
Provide quotations within set SLA times
Raise and process orders
Manage renewals contracts
Manage the quote and order process for a set of vendors
Provide sales administration support to external sales team member(s)
Explore upsell opportunities
Own and manage the Renewals operational cycle
Liaise with key stakeholders ensuring smooth running of the sales cycle
from preparation to deal completion
Provide the highest level of Customer Service
Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships
Understand a diverse range of vendor products ensuring that knowledge of features and pricing is up to date
Work to a financial target as well as KPI’s geared towards a high level of accuracy and turn around time
Increase the products brought through the client base and thus increasing gross margin
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Provide sales administration support to external sales team member(s); Liaise with key stakeholders ensuring smooth running of the sales cycle; Develop and maintain customer and supplier relationships
