Furthermore, you will provide administrative support to the Department’s daily operations. 🎯**Your Mission:** * Contract Administration: Prepare, issue, and review long-term rental agreements, lease contracts, and corporate frameworks. * Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before activation. * Coordinate with Sales, Credit and Legal department to ensure all requirements are fulfilled * Inbound Inquiry Handling: Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels providing prompt and professional responses. * Client Onboarding & Follow-up: Guide approved clients through the administrative onboarding process via phone and email. * Archiving: Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all historical rental records and active accounts. **Requirements** 🌟
