What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, purchasing, or administrative roles in a business environment, organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Intermediate English communication skills (both written and verbal), A proactive mindset

Nice to Have

Basic familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage, Experience working in a multinational company or B2B environment will be beneficial, ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams

What You'll Do.

Prepare and review sales documents

Coordinate with internal teams

Assist sales team in tracking information

Monitor ongoing activities and follow up

Maintain organized records and data

Provide general administrative support

Support process improvements and SOPs

Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service; Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams; Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment; ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams

Communication Scope

Good communication and interpersonal skills; Intermediate English communication skills (both written and verbal)
