What You'll Do.
Manage customer creation process
Reduce cycle time and administrative workload
Review customer master data quality
Coordinate product migration activities
Support identification of impacted customers
Prepare customer communication materials
Ensure accurate system updates
Collect and consolidate input from stakeholders
Support smooth customer transition
Provide general support to website customers
Maintain legal and administrative documentation
Act as point of contact for regulatory and safety requests
Coordinate regulatory and safety activities
Support responses to regulatory inquiries
Support issue resolution with OTC team
Serve as local contact for electronic invoicing
