You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Customer Care Team. _**In this role you will be responsible for:**_ * Providing administrative and documentation support. * Responsible for handling communication between the customer and the Company * Ensure all documentation pertaining to customers are updated into the respective service database timely and accurately. * Sales data key in and update in the system. * Any other task or duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
