At Lesaffre Nigeria, you will be responsible for sales administration, importation, and exportation activities in compliance with the local legislation, the Lesaffre Group guidelines, and the regional Sales strategy. Your missions will be: Sales administration * Be the key contact for Lesaffre Nigeria clients, providing excellent customer service * Organize and follow up on sales administration for Nigeria and export markets * Record customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and monitor payments * Prepare and update daily stock and sales reports * Coordinate and optimize sales administration to increase sales and meet budget targets * Organize the delivery of sample products and promotional materials * Follow processes for orders, forecasts, logistics, invoicing, and contracts * Manage office supply purchasing * Participate in accounting closings * Host and care for visitors to Lesaffre Nigeria Importation & Regulatory * Manage and coordinate all importation processes * Ensure compliance with Nigerian import regulations and customs requirements * Monitor import documentation accuracy and track shipments * Anticipate and resolve customs or port-related issues to minimize delays and extra costs * Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations * Monitor import costs, duties, demurrage, and logistics performance indicators * Maintain updated knowledge of Nigerian import regulations and foreign exchange procedures Regulatory Co
