4+ years of relevant business experience in a retail environment, Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal / leadership skills, Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations, provide recommendations and business forecasting, Proficient with PowerBI, Copilot, tools including Excel, Powerpoint, Nielsen and TPM/TPO, Entrepreneurial mindset and highly collaborative across multiple support groups
What You'll Do.
Manage promotional events and funding for approximately 30–40 customers.
and post‑audit analysis.
Build and maintain item‑ and customer‑level baseline forecasts to support demand planning.
Deliver bi‑monthly forecast updates to the sales team and leadership
highlighting risks and opportunities.
Produce sales reports inclusive of customer trend analysis
and regional insights to support channel decision‑making.
Analyze Distributor portal data to inform distribution priorities and performance assessments.
Translate data into clear
actionable insights for sales leadership and account teams.
and merchandising assets for all trade shows and events.
Manage shipping logistics
and post‑event reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory and cost control for all trade shows.
Process broker invoices
and check requests with accuracy and timeliness.
Support legal contract administration
and internal communication.
Manage new item setup and vendor onboarding processes.
Track Distributor communications
Complete and maintain required vendor documentation
Ensure alignment across Trade Management and Salesforce. com
including promotional events
and funding requests.
Serve as a point of coordination to ensure systems accuracy and process consistency across partners.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partners closely with the Sr. Team Leader, National Account Managers, Broker, Supply Chain, and systems teams.; Highly collaborative across multiple support groups.
