As our next Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible of the success of our Analytical Instruments. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales & Business Development • Drive sales of analytical instruments (HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, Dissolution, Spectroscopy, etc.) to Pharma and Biopharma customers • Manage and grow strategic/key accounts, including large pharma, SME, biopharma, CDMO, CRO, and research organizations • Identify new business opportunities, lead generation, and conversion within the assigned territory • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profitability goals Account Management & Customer Engagement • Develop deep relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer workflows, regulatory needs, and application challenges • Lead complex sales cycles including product demonstrations, technical discussions, negotiations, and closures • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention Collaboration & Internal Coordination • Work closely with application scientists, service teams, marketing, and channel partners • Coordinate product demos, evaluations, and customer trials • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting Market & Competitive Intelligence • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and
