What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, Experience selling to HOAs, community associations, property managers, or residential communities, Experience working with resellers/dealers or channel partners, Proven ability to self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner relationships, referrals, and market development, understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers, Ability to confidently lead discovery, present solutions, handle objections, and drive deals to close, Results-driven mindset with a clear focus on revenue outcomes, High level of accountability, ownership, and urgency, Excellent organization, follow-up, attention to detail, and pipeline management skills, Ability to forecast accurately and communicate pipeline status clearly, Comfortable moving quickly, managing multiple opportunities, and keeping deals organized from first touch through signature

Nice to Have

Ideally in SaaS, property technology, access control, security, smart building technology, or a related field, Experience selling into gated communities, master-planned communities, and new residential developments is a major plus
