Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in North America region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the HR tech space, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector. This role reports directly into the regional sales leader. Key Responsibilities: Lead outbound sales efforts across North America region, identifying and targeting potential clients to acquire. Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue. Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions. Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in North America region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion. Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals. Provide accurate sales
