What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years in B2B sales, Account Executive roles, Business Development, Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas, Closing deals consistently, Driving revenue growth, Experience managing the full sales cycle (end-to-end sales), communication and negotiation skills, Ability to run discovery calls and close deals, pipeline and time management, Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B service-based companies, SaaS or professional services, Experience mentoring junior SDRs or sales reps, forecasting and reporting skills, Stable career growth in sales roles
