What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2–3 years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing business, ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers, Self-motivated with problem-solving and critical thinking skills, Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive results

Nice to Have

Experience selling CAD, engineering, or manufacturing solutions, Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms, Experience using HubSpot CRM, Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business, Experience with solution-based or consultative sales approaches

What You'll Do.

Build and manage relationships within a defined set of accounts

serving as a trusted advisor to customers

Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects

Own the full sales cycle

including identifying opportunities

Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value

Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity

and forecasting within HubSpot CRM

Continuously develop product knowledge

including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions

Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged
