Must Have
2–3 years of sales experience, including prospecting and closing business, ability to build relationships and earn trust with customers, Self-motivated with problem-solving and critical thinking skills, Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through, Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive results
Nice to Have
Experience selling CAD, engineering, or manufacturing solutions, Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS or similar platforms, Experience using HubSpot CRM, Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business, Experience with solution-based or consultative sales approaches
What You'll Do.
Build and manage relationships within a defined set of accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity

including certifications in Dassault Systèmes or other vendor solutions
Stay proactive and persistent in follow-up to ensure opportunities move forward and customers stay engaged

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of customers, uncover new opportunities, and deliver solutions that create real impact. This role is perfect for someone who is curious, resilient, and motivated by both winning new business and helping customers succeed long-term. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Build and manage strong relationships within a defined set of accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Prospect and generate new opportunities within existing accounts and targeted prospects. Own the full sales cycle, including identifying opportunities, progressing deals, forecasting, and closing business. Partner closely with customers to understand their needs and align solutions that drive value. Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM.
