This is a full-time, in person position. The Safety Trainer is an embedded resource focused on delivering consistent, high-quality safety training across the project team. This role supports compliance, builds field awareness, and reinforces Holder’s Energy-Based Safety culture through training, field engagement, and coaching. The ideal candidate confidently leads large-group training, supports onboarding and project kickoffs, and engages craft workers in the field—using training to influence behavior and strengthen safety execution on the job. Key Responsibilities Deliver safety orientations, OSHA-10/30, toolbox talks, and targeted training Facilitate sessions aligned with onboarding, project needs, and schedules Ensure training aligns with Holder standards, Energy-Based Safety, and SIF prevention Lead safety kickoffs, onboarding, and special training events with project teams Apply Energy-Based Safety principles, including energy identification and exposure control Integrate SIF prevention concepts like high-hazard recognition, CAZs, and controls Reinforce critical behaviors through field observation and coaching Partner with Safety and Superintendent teams to identify training gaps and r
