What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience., 3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse, materials management systems, inventory control processes, and procurement practices., 3-5 years of experience in safety management, materials coordination, or a combination of both within commercial, industrial, or facilities management environments, Current knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and best practices for workplace safety and health, analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver training and present complex information to diverse audiences, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with safety management software, inventory systems, or facilities management platforms
Nice to Have
Professional safety certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), ASP (Associate Safety Professional), or CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), Familiarity with Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement frameworks, Bilingual capabilities to support diverse workforce populations, Experience implementing or managing safety technology solutions such as incident reporting platforms or safety observation applications
