To continue building KONE Safety Culture and proactively promoting safety practices we have an exciting opportunity for a **Safety Specialist** to be based in Riyadh. Reporting to the Safety Manager, the successful candidate will proactively be working to ensure continuous improvement of safety performance and awareness in the business unit. **_What will you do?_** **Safety Policy And Objectives:** * Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of KONE safety management system (operating model) including worker, user and third-party safety. * Cultivate an understanding and actively caring culture for safety. Act as a role model. * Compile, maintain and improve safety documentation together with the unit safety team. * Actively participate in and contribute to unit safety committee and other safety forums. * Provide professional advice and support to the unit on matters affecting safety. * Plan, participate in and implement projects and activities to improve safety. * Work closely with customers and partners, including KONE subcontractors. * Support the development, review and exercise of crisis and emergency response plans. **Safety Risk Management:** * Monitor and develop safety risk management processes, tools and practices. * Support safety related change management projects and initiatives. **Safety Assurance:** * Collect, measure and ensure accuracy of leading and lagging safety data.
