Successfully instill a safety sensitive culture; Encourage proactive and sustainable safety sensitive behaviors; Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements; Provide accident data, and accident reduction goals
Industry & Context.
Recommends post-accident and post-incident corrective action; Takes action to correct the maintenance of records
Valid driver’s license
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Prior experience in an OSHA regulated environment, Minimum of 3 years of experience is a safety related position, Valid driver’s license
What You'll Do.
Instill a safety sensitive culture into local operations
Interpret Company policies
and federal and state regulations
Implement safety programs that encourage proactive behaviors
Ensure operations management conducts safety meetings
Coordinate and participate in accident investigations
Recommend post-accident and post-incident corrective action
Administer and / or monitor drug testing policy
Ensure division managers and supervisors are trained
Maintain accident registers and files
Conduct and record employee observations and inspections
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Support to one or more divisions; Ensures operations management conducts regularly scheduled safety meetings; Ensures division managers and supervisors are properly trained
