Must Have
Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related discipline, Extensive experience in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Science, Deep expertise in Signal Management and Risk Management, Command of global pharmacovigilance and safety regulations (such as FDA, EMA, and MHRA), Proven track record of leading complex initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders to drive strategic improvement
What You'll Do.
Lead the design and continuous improvement of global safety processes
Act as a Global Process Owner or senior expert for complex safety and vigilance activities
Drive process innovation by identifying opportunities to strengthen Roche’s safety capabilities
Translate scientific and regulatory foundations of Signal Management and Risk Management into effective global safety practices
Influence internal governance discussions to ensure safety and vigilance practices support the safe development of innovative medicines and digital health solutions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with key stakeholders, including Safety Science Leaders, the QPPV/PRRC offices, and cross-functional global teams to harmonize safety initiatives; Participating in external industry collaborations
