Safety Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Contract (2-Month Term) Start Date: June 22, 2026 Compensation: $11,000 per month + expenses Position Summary We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee workplace safety programs, compliance initiatives, and risk management activities for a short-term project assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing safety procedures, conducting inspections, managing incident response activities, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment for employees, contractors, and visitors. * Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety programs and procedures. * Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. * Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. * Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective actions. * Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors. * Support emergency preparedness planning, evacuation procedures, and safety drills. * Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation. * Collaborate with management and operational teams to promote continuous safety improvements. * Monitor contractor safety compliance and ensure adherence to site-specific safety requirements. * Prepare and present safety performance reports to leadership ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. * 2–3 years of experience in Safety Management, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety, or a related field. * Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. * Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action planning. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work i
