Must Have
H. S. diploma/GED required, Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required, Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports required, Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations. advanced required, Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements. advanced required, Knowledge and an understanding of OSHA and warehouse safety practices, An understanding of compliance with regulatory agencies, as well as with internal safety and health requirements

What You'll Do.
manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts
conducting safety meetings
oversight of trainings across the site
Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility
resolve performance issues
ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands
Coordinate training for onsite manage safety metrics and training completions
Develop recommendations for safety improvements and present them to management for approval and implementation
Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices
Hold Safety & Security meetings
provide safety training
ensure compliance with safety regulations
