What You'll Do.

manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts

oversight of trainings across the site

Manage the performance of salaried employees as well as hourly paid employees under his/her responsibility

resolve performance issues

ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to meet those demands

Coordinate training for onsite manage safety metrics and training completions

Develop recommendations for safety improvements and present them to management for approval and implementation

Plans and implements training for employees in work site safety practices

Hold Safety & Security meetings
