Pixaera builds immersive, gamified simulations that help frontline teams learn critical safety skills in realistic environments. As we continue to expand our content portfolio and customer base, we’re investing in building deeper safety expertise directly into our product team. We’re hiring a Safety Lead to become the embedded safety expert within our design team. This is a highly collaborative role that combines safety expertise, content creation, and customer engagement. You’ll own your own content workstream, help shape the safety quality of our learning experiences, and serve as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders. You’ll work closely with designers, learning specialists, product leaders, and customers to ensure our content reflects real-world risks, industry best practices, and modern approaches to safety learning. This is a hands-on builder role. You won’t simply review content at the end of the process — you’ll actively help create it, improve it, and raise the safety capability of the entire team.
