Join Roche, where every voice matters. ### ### The Position The **Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Security and Facilities Officer** is responsible for overarching facility management, which includes managing the office building, security, space management, and company vehicles, all aimed at safeguarding company assets and ensuring a safe working environment. They are also responsible for managing local Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) systems, as well as business continuity management in compliance with local legislation and SHE policy. This role extends to leading the development and implementation of local SHE initiatives in collaboration with the One Roche Leadership Teams. As a SHE Security and Facilities Officer, you will oversee SHE, facility, and business continuity operations across the Pharma, Diagnostics, and Diabetes Care business. You will report directly to the General Manager and be a crucial member of the Emergency Management Team, participating in Affiliate Governance Committee meetings as necessary. **What you will be working on:** * **SHE Objectives and Goals:** Promote SHE activities in alignment with local and global Roche SHE objectives, monitor legal compliance, and ensure corrective actions are reviewed and implemented. * **Advisory and Support:** Advise and support site senior and line management on SHE-related topics and concerns, promoting compliance with local legal regulations and Roche SHE provisions. * **Emergency Management:** Lead and facilitate the emergency management team, develop and manage the local (Roch
