What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Master's degree or PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of Engineering or Physics or a related field, Demonstrated experience in safety management and risk assessment, in complex technical environments, Solid understanding of safety principles, risk analysis methods, and implementation of control measures, Ability to analyse complex technical situations and provide practical, solution-oriented advice, Experience in conducting inspections and incident analyses and their follow-up, Occupational safety and risk management, Safety conformity assessment, Incident management, Spoken and written English, Commitment to learn French, Work in Radiation Areas, Interventions in underground installations, A valid driving licence, Work during nights, Sundays and official holidays, when required by the needs of the Organization, Exposure to electromagnetic fields under certain exposure conditions, Obtain medical clearance before a contract offer is confirmed

Nice to Have

Knowledge of electrical or chemical safety would be a plus

Carry out risk assessments

Perform safety inspections

Coordinate safety inspections

Support teams in preparing safety documentation

Support teams in maintaining safety documentation
