Job Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure observance of local, national, and international laws. * Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards and resolve mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement safety measures in all operational processes. * Provide training and support to employees to foster a culture of safety and inclusion. * Perform regular safety audits and inspections to ensure the maintenance of special safety standards. * Investigate incidents and accidents to resolve root causes and develop corrective actions. * Prepare detailed reports and documentation of safety activities and incidents for internal and external review. * Support ISO System by participating in internal audits to continuously improve our safety program and procedures. * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve safety protocols. Education Required: * Bachelor’s degree or above in Occupational Health and Industrial Safety Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience Required: * 3+ years Occupational Safety and Health experience in Semiconductor or high technology industries is preferred. * Specific experience in safety programs including air pollution control, waste reduction/recycling/ reuse, environmental impact assessment, wastewater treatment and greenhouse gas inventory..etc, but not limited. * Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in an industrial setting. * Strong knowledge of local, national, and international safety regulations. * Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ab
