Bosch Home Comfort. Bosch Home Comfort Components (Thailand) Co., Ltd. - Manufacturer of printed circuit boards for electric home appliances Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluak Daeng, Rayong Safety Assistant Manger - Section Manager What you will do - Ensure that all employees and company operations comply with applicable Environment, Health, and Safety laws and regulations. - Monitor and support the stability of basic public utilities within the plant, including plumbing systems and fire protection equipment. - Supervise nursing services and manage medical supplies to ensure readiness and compliance. - Conduct safety orientation and training for new employees; develop and maintain safety‑related training materials and onboarding programs. - Coordinate with suppliers to conduct risk assessments for machine installation and new equipment. - Liaise with external service providers for annual medical checkups, building audits, and other statutory inspections. - Investigate workplace accidents and injuries, analyze root causes, and report findings along with preventive and corrective actions to the management team. - Prepare and submit monthly safety summary reports in accordance with the business requirements. - Cooperate with second‑party and third‑party audit teams during internal and external site audits. - Organize and host internal and external safety meetings, including safety committees and contractor meetings. - Lead the execution, deployment, and continuous improvement of ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 across the plant. - Perform other duties as assigned by manager. ## Qualifications What we look for * Bachelor’s degree in Science (Occupational Health and Safety) or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Safety Officer or in a similar EHS role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Certified specialist in hazardous substances (BorChor). * Possession of a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) certificate is a plus. * Basic com
