What You'll Do.
Make scheduled rounds inside and outside
Schedule and ensure fire and disaster drills
Maintain security records
Ensure all safety equipment is in good working order
Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls
Maintain daily guard report of shift
vendors enter/exit appropriately
Perform light maintenance as needed
Transport residents and/or team members
Deliver packages to residents
Greet residents and guests
Assist with luggage and packages
Park and retrieve resident vehicles
