What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Fluent Portuguese Language skills, Minimum 2 years in Sales Engineering / Presales role in SaaS, cloud, software or storage industry, Good presenting skills, supporting customers, Market awareness of upcoming trends and competing solutions, Comfortable with talking about technology and business, Ideally customer facing experience with presenting, demonstrating, delivering PoCs, Ability to work in a rapid growth environment where priorities, roles and responsibilities are continuously updated to meet market and customer demands, Knowledge/skills and demonstrated proficiency with at least one major operating systems, VMs, cloud, databases, K8s or Microsoft 365, Excellent written, presentation, and communication ability to build and maintain business relationships, Ability to work in an organized, procedural manner using tools such as Salesforce. com to facilitate process and information organization, Fluent Portuguese and English language skills

Nice to Have

Relevant Industry certification(s), cloud as a preference, An ability to demonstrate an understanding of the sales cycle

What You'll Do.

Orchestrating pre-sales engagement to current and prospective clients, Providing pre-sales technical support for Commvault Sales and partner sales teams, Conducting customer/partner conference calls, Conducting demonstrations (promotional and educational) and presentations, Design creation, Licensing assistance, Remote POC support, RFI/RFP support, Assistance with automation and enablement tool development, Assistance with development of internal systems and processes, Development of technical training materials and documentation, Providing technical expertise to design and sell a solution in collaboration with Inside Sales Rep, lead generation and the customer, Anticipating technology trends, Building relationships with partners and internal departments (sales, support, business units, product management, marketing, development and customer success), Engaging with the customer to qualify and understand key technical, financial, operational, and business issues that can be addressed with any one or all of Commvault’s SaaS products, Building relationships with technical decision makers within end-user accounts and with internal virtual teams, Distilling the pre-sales discovery into a concise message, outlining the technical, business, operational, and financial inefficiencies/challenges that Commvault addresses with its SaaS products, Collaborating with the creation and presentation of a business case to any and all business sponsors (i.

C-level executives, technical partners, etc.

) in support of the Commvault solution, Proposing and professionally demonstrating Commvault SaaS products in a virtual way through the use of presentations, existing customer solutions, demo’s, white boarding, pilots, "proof-of-concepts", etc.

with use of digital technology, Continuously developing and maintaining technical and market expertise through training, certifications, conferences, etc., Keeping senior management and relevant internal groups informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results through business reviews and Salesforce.

com documentation, Providing feedback on potential product or process improvements to appropriate internal groups and participating where necessary in formulating innovative solutions, Supporting various marketing initiatives through content creation and delivery, Supporting internal and external teams with both developing and responding to RFPs that highlight the technical capabilities of Commvault solutions, Ensuring engineering to delivery is all covered.

Collaboration with Inside Sales Rep, lead generation and the customer; Building relationships with partners and internal departments (sales, support, business units, product management, marketing, development and customer success); Building relationships with technical decision makers within end-user accounts; Building relationships with internal virtual teams; Collaboration with the creation and presentation of a business case; Supporting internal and external teams with developing and responding to RFPs
