### About the role As a SaaS Implementation Consultant , you will act as both a business consultant and expert advisor, guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle of Binocs. This AI-driven solution optimizes scheduling and planning for QC laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy facilities, transforming complex workflows into streamlined, data-driven processes. Your mission will be to deliver tailored configurations that integrate seamlessly into the customer’s business environment, driving measurable impact and long-term success. In this role, you will: * Analyze and Understand Business Processes : * Prepare, lead, and follow up on customer workshops to uncover current set-up (business and dataflow), value expectations, and current way of working * Dive deep into the operational workflows of laboratories and supply chains, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity with business-savvy Binocs configuration * Design and Configure Solutions : * Collaborate with the Solution Team to translate business challenges into actionable Binocs solutions that align with the customer’s goals. * Perform hands-on configuration, adapting Binocs to fit complex customer requirements. * Prepare and drive workshops to iteratively present and improve the proposed solutions. * Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deployments. * Lead Strategic Implementations : * Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. * Follow and refine Binocs’ proven implementation methodology, balancing structure with flexibility to meet unique client needs. * Engage and educate stakeholders by clearly communicating project plans, design choices and implementation risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ensure user adoption of sustainable set-up * Steer implementations around “why” (value, problem statements) Customer is implementing. * Provide training and knowledge transfer to enable self-suff
