What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree, Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or S&OP roles
Nice to Have
Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills, BI experience (PowerBI preferred), Forecasting, inventory management, and capacity planning knowledge, Certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP) preferred but not required, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, Comfortable with SKU-level detail and large datasets, Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
What You'll Do.
Manage SKU-level demand and supply data within Oracle ERP and Excel tools
Develop KPI reports (forecast accuracy
Support BI implementation (PowerBI in the future)
Prepare inputs for monthly S&OP cycle and coordinate across factories
Funnel insights through the S&OP Manager and support executive reports
Moderate selected meetings and ensure timely alignment across teams
Serve as backup presenter for S&OP meetings when required
Recommend improvements to forecasting
