About One Acre Fund Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. About the Role The Forest landscape Sector Supervisor will oversee and supervise all field activities related to farmer-facing tasks from the TUBURA Tree program. Their primary responsibilities will include administrative and coordination tasks, such as scheduling and organizing farmer training and monitoring farmer payments. They will also be responsible for improving recurring functions and processes, with some support from their manager. They will be managing two sectors, based in one of the two sectors Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare logistics for all field activities Plan and schedule field activities: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including the Implementation Lead and District senior supervisor, to plan and schedule field activities such as training, farmer engagement events, marketing activities, enrollment events, and data collection efforts. Prepare logistics: Develop and implement a logistical plan for each field activity, including determining the necessary resources and materials, coordinating transportation, and ensuring that all relevant parties are informed about the activity and its purpose.
