Must Have

5 or more years of experience as a sales manager with a consistent track record of quota overachievement and building referenceable customer relationships, Proven success leading pipeline generation strategy and execution within a highly matrixed organisation, with experience selling complex software solutions at the C-level, Skilled at recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, Fluent in English and German and can engage credibly with senior enterprise stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience selling modern enterprise cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, or data analytics tools such as Tableau, Experience in a hyper-growth or emerging product category within enterprise software

Lead a growing team of Account Executives focused on driving sales growth for Salesforce Data Cloud

Develop and execute a sales strategy that delivers revenue growth
