What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years' prior wholesaling experience, Life & Health License, FINRA Series 6 or Series 7, 75% travel required

Proven ability in growing a region as measured by sales results, Proven sales acumen and presentation skills, Ability to adapt to constant changing environments
What You'll Do.
Develop business plan to maximize sales
Identify producer needs
Develop travel schedule
Build results-oriented strategy
Maintain producer relationships
Conduct product and sales training
Increase sale of fixed indexed annuities
Identify and develop new advisors
Strengthen relationships with existing advisors
Increase sales through field activity
Provide client solutions
Plan and manage deployment of resources
Manage marketing and sales initiatives
Manage budgeting & expense responsibilities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with the Division Sales VP; Work closely with VP/Division Sales Manager; Work in conjunction with Internal Wholesalers; Work in conjunction with Internal Wholesaling Partner
