Apt Resources is seeking a proficient Russian-speaking Export Sales Manager with experience in the polyurethane industry to join our client's expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving export sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in Russian-speaking markets, and contributing to the company's growth objectives. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused professional with deep knowledge of the polyurethane sector. ### Responsibilities: * Manage and grow export sales channels in Russian-speaking countries. * Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies tailored to target markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and distributors. * Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the polyurethane industry. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. * Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in relevant regions. * Negotiate terms and close contracts with clients to maximize profitability. * Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies. **Requirements** * Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken). * Minimum 5 years of export sales experience in the polyurethane industry. * Proven track record of successfully managing export sales and achieving targets. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of export regulations and compliance standards. * Ability to travel internationally as required. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or related field preferred. * Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite. * Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. **Benefits** Salary: 3500 USD Gross + company car + fuel expenses + phone
