AG Warehouse supports and services dairy / pasture customers along with regional horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef and lifestyle market segments. We present customers with a wide range of merchandise and fertiliser options along with agronomic services. **How you will make contributions that matter** Join our friendly and growing team as a Rural Sales Assistant in Koroit, VIC. In this role, you will be part of a small, close-knit team on site and over 3,000 colleagues across Australia. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing genuine customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries. * Processing points of sale (POS) transactions. * Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays. * Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders, and deliveries. * Performing general banking tasks. * Occasionally performing heavy lifting tasks. **About you** * The suitable candidate will have a strong interest and experience in rural agriculture * Knowledge of Agricultural products such as Ag chemicals, seed, animal health / nutrition will be highly regarded. * Experience in an administrative, retail, or similar role. * Excellent communication, customer service, and ability to build strong relationships. * Exposure to stock control is advantageous but not essential. * Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office. * Forklift license is desirable but not essential * Flexibility to work occasional Satu
