What You'll Do.
Serve bread and olive oil
Run food from kitchen to tables
Deliver each course accurately
Deliver each course timely
Run beverage from bar to tables
Keep water glasses filled
Remove used silverware
Maintain cleanliness of tables
Maintain cleanliness of chairs
Assist servers when needed
Understand food descriptions
Understand menu item ingredients
Perform other duties as required
