This role drives excellence in the Record-to-Report process, supporting month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to IFRS standards and internal controls. Additionally, the position plays a key role in finance transformation initiatives, including transitions, process standardization, and automation, working closely with shared services, stakeholders, and external providers. The role requires strong ownership of intercompany and balance sheet processes, delivering insights, improving efficiency, and strengthening financial governance in a complex, multinational environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform and support **end‑to‑end financial accounting activities** for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Execute and support the **month‑end close** , including trial balance review, reconciliations, and variance analysis. * Prepare and analyze **financial reports, cash flow statements, and balance sheet movements** , providing clear insights. * Ensure correct application of **accounting standards and corporate policies** , including IFRS 16 lease accounting. * Coordinate day‑to‑day activities with **shared services and external providers** , ensuring quality
