What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current health professional designation, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional – Fellow (CVRP – F), 5 years direct provision of rehabilitation services, Experience conducting rehabilitation assessments, Experience working with persons with health problems, Experience working with health disciplines, 2 years supervisory experience in disability management, 2 years supervisory experience in case management, Experience analyzing medical assessments, Experience making recommendations from analysis, Federal Reliability Status security clearance, Bilingual (English/French)

Manage individual performance
Ensure service standards

Maintain relationships with professionals

Lead RSSs to achieve goals
