What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands-on experience with process mining platforms, Celonis (data modeling, analyses, dashboards, KPIs), Microsoft Process Mining (Process Advisor / Power Automate Process Mining), background in data engineering, Data modeling for event logs, SQL and/or cloud data platforms, Data transformation and enrichment for analytics use cases, Proven ability to design and deliver customer-centric analyses and dashboards, aligned to business objectives and decision-making needs, Experience working with complex enterprise data landscapes and integrating multiple data sources, analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from process data, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, Finnish language proficiency is mandatory
What You'll Do.
Lead and deliver process mining initiatives using Celonis and Microsoft Process Mining (Power Automate Process Mining / Process Advisor)
supporting clients across discovery
and value realization phases
Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines for process mining use cases
including data extraction
and loading from enterprise systems (e. g.
and root-cause analyses tailored to customer-specific scenarios
Develop custom dashboards
and insights that clearly communicate findings to both business and technical stakeholders
and scalability of process mining solutions through data engineering practices
Support proofs of concept (PoCs)
and full-scale deployments
including solution design
and value demonstration
Contribute to best practices
and reusable assets for process mining and intelligent automation offerings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with customers to translate business questions and process improvement goals into analytical requirements, KPIs, and dashboards; Collaborate with automation, analytics, and business teams to identify process optimization and automation opportunities based on mining insights
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
