Full Job Description

Are you passionate about identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions that drive real business value? As an RPA Process Analyst (m/f/d) at SIXT, you will play a central role in expanding our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) practice within our Center of Excellence (CoE), with a primary focus on the American market—our key growth region. This role combines business process analysis with hands-on RPA development, allowing you to collaborate with a vast variety of stakeholders and see your solutions drive real impact. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT * You analyze and document business processes in close collaboration with business functions, IT system experts, and the RPA CoE, focusing on identifying automation opportunities—especially for the American market. * You translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, actively design scalable RPA solutions with effective to-be processes, and ensure alignment with RPA capabilities and strategic objectives * You actively develop and optimize RPA solutions with UiPath, building robust and scalable automations that deliver results quickly and securely, while adhering to best practices and established frameworks. * You continuously optimize and enhance existing automations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and business value. * You act as a trusted advisor to business units, actively driving RPA awareness and adoption, and help define, maintain, and improve internal CoE standards, methodologies, and best practices for both RPA analysis and development. YOUR SKILLS MATTER * Development Skills: You have hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions—preferably with UiPath or a similar RPA technology— being comfortable with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or HTML is a plus * Process Analysis: You are skilled at analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business processes to identify and evaluate automation potential. * Require
