Must Have
4 years of hands-on RPA development experience, Mandatory expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 (bots, tasks, runners, and Control Room features), Proven experience designing enterprise-level, end-to-end automation solutions, Knowledge of reusable components, error handling, logging, credential vaults, scheduling, Technically proficient with APIs (REST/SOAP), Technically proficient with OCR, Technically proficient with Intelligent Document Processing, Working knowledge of SQL, Working knowledge of Python, Working knowledge of .NET, Communicate fluently in written and spoken English, Demonstrate problem-solving skills, Demonstrate program management skills
Nice to Have
RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism), Previous experience with Blue Prism, Previous experience with UiPath, Experience with UiPath, Experience with Blue Prism, Agile delivery practices
What You'll Do.

Work across the full automation lifecycle

Ensure stability and focus on continuously evolving Robotic Process Automation capabilities

Identify optimisation opportunities to maximise automation value and ROI
Design and develop high‑quality

Ensure adherence to best‑practice development standards
Perform peer code reviews
and hyper‑care activities
