What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 years of hands-on RPA development experience, mandatory expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 (bots, tasks, runners, and Control Room features), proven experience designing enterprise-level, end-to-end automation solutions, knowledge of reusable components, error handling, logging, credential vaults, scheduling, technical proficiency with APIs (REST/SOAP), technical proficiency with OCR, technical proficiency with Intelligent Document Processing, working knowledge of SQL, working knowledge of Python, working knowledge of .NET, ability to communicate clearly, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, focus on quality and timely delivery, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, balancing stakeholders and workload effectively, problem-solving skills, program management skills, passion, integrity, ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams, fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to Have

You’ll work across the full automation lifecycle, from initial assessment, PDD, SDD creation, development, followed by UAT and finally Hypercare and Go-Live. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality automations, ensuring stability and focus on continuously evolving our Robotic Process Automation capabilities.
