Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.  Job Summary The Roving Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of multiple properties within the Los Angeles region. The technician will provide on-site maintenance services at various residential (HOA) properties, responding to work orders and performing general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and equipped with a personal vehicle along with the necessary tools to complete assignments independently. Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 Per Hour   Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM ## Essentail Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs at various properties throughout the Los Angeles region.Respond to service requests and work orders promptly, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems, including checking heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.Coordinate with property management and team members to prioritize maintenance needs.Ensure al
