About this role: The Leasing Professional has the responsibility, under the supervision of Community Manager for demonstrating apartments and the community to prospective renters and securing commitments and deposits from prospective residents. They will also be responsible for providing customer service support to residents and prospective residents at the property site, including answering telephones, greeting customers, performing move-in procedures, processing rental applications and maintenance service requests, and other duties as assigned. The Roving Leasing Professional will provide coverage across multiple locations," "rotating between different sites," "supporting various teams as needed," "flexible work location depending on project needs," and "on-site presence at different properties. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel between properties as required to perform job duties. Salary range: $24.00
