What You'll Do.

Provide strategic HR leadership

Provide operational HR leadership

Support life-saving humanitarian responses

Lead HR functions across humanitarian operations

Support programme start-up

Support programme scale-up

Support programme transition phases

Act as trusted adviser to Team Leads

Act as trusted adviser to Heads of Mission

Act as trusted adviser to senior managers

Ensure workforce planning is managed

Ensure employee relations are managed

Ensure safeguarding is managed

Ensure staff wellbeing is managed

Ensure HR compliance is managed
